ACSP's Gives Back with Project Haircare...
Project Hair Care, an event at Columbia College in Columbia, SC, was held on Monday, April 5, 2010. This event included a ponytail drive benefitting Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths. ACSP volunteers cut over 40 ponytails that were donated to Pantene to make wigs for cancer patients, then cut and styled the hair of all the ponytail donors. All the ponytail donors walked away with beautiful, new and shorter looks! Thank you to the ACSP members and other cosmetologists who gave their time and energy at this event: Pat Adams, Vilma Cobb, Catherine Stabler, Carmen Nelson and Ken Dennis. A special thank you as well to Debbie Stabler and Kayla Crosby who assisted the professional cosmetologists.
